초록
In this paper, we designed DRAM-SSD and analyzed the load performance of DRAM-SSD and HDD according to the number of concurrent users. In experimental results, we showed that load performance of DRAM-SSD is about 20times more than that of the HDD. DRAM-SSD is useful for application which has many concurrent users such as first come first served system. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
