Abstract
Wireless Communication system have adopted multiple antenna schemes and increased channel bandwidth in order to improve system capacity. To acquire more usable bandwidth, 3GPP also start studying the feasibility and functionalities of LTE operated in 5GHz unlicensed band recently. The important matter is that different channel access mechanism from legacy LTE system is required as to be a good neighbor to Wi-Fi system. In this paper, the considering schemes for LTE in 5GHz are addressed and the performance evaluation results are shown.
