Abstract
Recently, in the service quality enhancement side of a customer, the significance of Service Level Agreement (SLA) becomes higher. The web-based SLA management system was implemented in the VPN service in order to perform the effective network quality management to a customer. In this paper, we propose the service-oriented SLA management system which prevents the SLA contract violation in advance and performs the monitoring function. The SLA management system for the VPN service provides the web-based interface to a customer and operator.
