Abstract
This paper introduces Resource management system using IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) and power management in ETRI's GLORY (Global Resource Management System for Future Internet Service) project. In this project, we implemented server health system and power management system for 512 node cluster system. Server health system uses IPMI OOB(out-of-band) management interface and power management uses dynamic power management based on some polices. For high expendability and portability, we import the proxy master and it has charge of 256 nodes for management. We can save the power up to 20% per node
