초록
This study was conducted with the larger goal of designing a maturity model for digital convergence services, needed to set a policy for their promotion. Its primary objective is to determine the relative importance of maturity indicators related to digital convergence readiness, the level of use of, and the level of satisfaction with, services and performance in four major fields in which digital convergence services are currently used: education, healthcare, transportation and public administration. The data for this study were obtained by surveying a panel of 80 experts from the four fields, and the experts were sampled based on a list, using both the purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Analysis was performed using the AHP technique. The results show that in education, healthcare and public administration, convergence readiness is the most important factor, followed by the level of use and level of satisfaction and performance, in this order. Meanwhile, in the field of transportation, the level of use and satisfaction proved the most important, followed by convergence readiness and performance. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
