초록
It becomes clear that climate changes increase the frequency and intensity of natural disasters, which may disrupt the normal operation of electrical facilities. In order to investigate the relationship between the climate changes and electrical facilities, it is necessary to assess the risk for climate changes in terms of major types of climate change hazards. From that purpose, a spider web chart method is used to assess the measured values of metrics. However, the conventional spider web charts method are dependent on the order to climate hazard risk metrics arranged in the spider web chart because the change of the order of risk factors causes the change of shapes of the polygons in the spider web chart. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a method to overcome this limitation when applying the spider web chart to quantifying the climate hazard risk in the electrical facilities. In this paper, we propose an enhanced spider web chart method that can successfully calculate the climate change risk in case of different metric orders between the two spider web charts.
