새로운 정보시스템을 구축 적용 시 기존 시스템보다 빠른지, 경제성이 있는지 궁금해 하며, 의문을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 스토리지 시스템 구축 적용 시 이러한 궁금증을 해소하기 위하여 경제성 분석을 수행하였다. 하이브리드 스토리지 시스템은 DRAM-SSD와 HDD 스토리지를 융합한 시스템이다. 경제성 분석은 하이브리드 스토리지 시스템을 정보시스템으로 구축 적용 시 분석한 결과를 기술하였다. 경제성 분석모형은 하이브리드 스토리지 시스템을 적용 시 소유 총비용(TCO : Total Cost of Ownship), 투자수익률(ROI : Return on Investment), 순 현재가치(NPV : Net Present Value) 및 손익분기점(BEP : Break even Point) 분석 결과를 표와 그림으로 설명하였다.
