- Abstract
- The appearance of smart handsets in the late 2000s expanding the scope of existing health and medical IT services (u-health). Based on more intelligent functions, open platform, and improved interface, it has converted the supplier-centered medical service to a user-centered service and promoted the development and industrialization of the related ecosystem. This study intends to examine the potential market needs of the smart healthcare service based on a market survey of the general public and to propose a direction for promoting the market.
