Abstract
There are two major issues in research of RFID: anti-collision and authentication [1][2]. The EPCglobal standard includes collision avoidance, but only there exists the cover-coding for authentication. The RFID security has particularities different from traditional security issues because of ease of eavesdropping attack and the weakness of the non-powered and low-cost tag and the constraint of the resources. In this paper, we propose a method for bit mixing that is safe from the pattern analysis attack in resource-constrained low-cost RFID environment.
