- Abstract
- Building Energy Management Systems(BEMS) are cost effective in terms of the improvement of energy performance of buildings. Currently there is no quantitative assessment tools for BEMS in Korea. In Europe, EN 15232 was defined for the assessment of BEMS. A tool, titled "PATBEMS 2.0" was developed on the basis of EN 15232. This paper presents the structure, core algorithms, user interface and a case study.
