Abstract
To improve and guarantee the reliability of the running of embedded systems, the correctness of systems and system running should be ensured. But while there are many researches to ensure the correctness of systems during development and test, there were not so many efforts to monitor the correct behavior while running embedded systems. Even if redundant system had taken the role of the failed system, to keep high reliability, the monitoring and reporting of system running is important. In this kind of cases, by the characteristics of embedded systems, the monitored information is multi-leveled (hardware, kernel, application) and timed by redundancy. In this paper, we propose an approach to provide meaningful information and reduce network traffic, by using the composition of information and separation of target/host.
