- Abstract
- In this paper, we propose a system for dynamic provision of HEM (home energy management) services based on the OSGi service platform. The proposed system advertises on-line a variety of home energy management services provided from third party service providers under a smart grid environment, and it also enables a service user to selectively subscribe to a HEM service among advertised services. With the supply of core energy service interfaces on OSGi service platform, the proposed system dynamically deploys various energy services in compliance with a request of service users by automatically searching and configuring their own energy generation and consumption devices which are able to interwork with subscribed energy services.
