- Abstract
- In this paper, we described the need of standard interface and considerations for applying the embedded SE(Secure Element) on mobile devices. The standard interface is very important and necessary to provide the interoperability for the embedded SE and mobile device manufacturers. Mobile devices have a limited resource and require low power consumption compared with a PC. Therefore, the considerations described in this paper should be considered when applying the embedded SE such as a MTM(Mobile Trusted Module) on mobile devices for enhanced mobile security.
