Abstract
In this study, it was examined whether the radiated emission below 30 MHz from PDP TV sets may exceed the radiated electromagnetic disturbance limits of CISPR 15 using the loop antenna system (LAS). The result obtained by the LAS was compared with result using the method of CISPR 11 that uses a receiving loop at a distance from the TV set in a semianechoic chamber (SAC). There was a difference of more than 10 dB between the two measurement methods. In order to reduce the difference, a different size receiving loop antenna was used in the SAC.
