- Abstract
- In recent years, numerous nations and public-sector bodies release public linked open datasets to share. In particular, data sharing of government data is focused on a way of facilitating opening, linking, and reusing. The linked data and Semantic Web are emerging as technologies for representing machine-readable datasets and data publishing. Moreover, linked open government data interlinked with web datasets helps enhance the usability and scalability. Therefore, we developed the similarity measure system between the linked data and the web datasets based on Korean. We also tested semantic similarity cultural properties of Seoul with Wikipedia.
