- Abstract
- Digital forensics for virtualization and cloud computing technology is based on computer forensics. Investigation procedures, which are collection and analysis of evidence, and submission the report to use in court, are the same as computer forensics. The specific way of collection methods for virtualization and cloud computing are required because of complex and large scale data. Virtualization forensic is solved to find out usage signs of a virtual machine. In cloud computing, the image of the entire cloud computing storage is not created, is extracted special information of cloud storage. This paper analyzes the features of cloud computing, and applies the appropriate digital forensics.
