- Abstract
- In recent years, the importance of vision-based human activity recognition and context-awareness is increasing for intelligence video surveillance. Even though there are a number of video datasets established for human action and activies, no event categorization for general purpose is defined yet. The categorization of video events is very significant in that main purpose of the intelligent video analytics is to detect a variety of anomaly situations. So in this paper, we propose an event categorization table and criterias applicable to general video analytics consulting some legacy datasets.
