- Abstract
- The overall security of ICS systems is threatened not only by deliberate acts of espionage or terrorism but by sometimes inadvertent threats that can ultimately have more devastating consequences than direct espionage. In this paper, we define ICS NSM MIB data objects and develop MIB event correlation system to detect abnormal state of ICS networks caused by deliberate attack and inadvertent threat.
