- Abstract
- As the global warming becomes the world issues these days, many researches are studied for green technology. In building area, remote building management center provides energy managing and saving services to the building managers using service framework. There are two types of users in the service framework, that is, the administrator and the user. The one provides the services for energy saving, and the other uses them. So, the functions and configuration of the service framework vary depending on the users. In this paper, we propose a service level management technology for remote building management center. Using this, services for energy saving can be provided more easily and efficiently to the users.
