- Abstract
- A multi platform based hybrid media technology is one of key technologies for broadcasting and communication integrated services of a smart TV. The multi platform provides with broadcasting, Internet and mobile network interfaces, synchronization feature, and hybrid media and N-screen services. This paper makes a proposal of a multi platform based media transport system of a next-generation smart TV. The multi platform based hybrid media technology is introduced by making a description of a service scenario, control flow, and demonstration of the three hybrid media services.
