- Abstract
- This paper illustrates a context-aware recommendation model for mobile applications using a statistical analysis of the user data collected from a mobile device. The user data consist of the activities conducted while the mobile device is used. The features of these activities are related with context like the time, location, and device used. The recommendation model has a contextaware information allowing these features to be selectively used according to the user context, and creates an analysis of the usage pattern of the mobile applications based on a collaborative filtering model and suggests the best candidate applications.
