Abstract
The algorithm introduced in this paper is made based on a distributed file system with Hadoop to dynamically manage the resources in a cloud computing environment using a simple network management protocol (SNMP) such as Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG). The algorithm presented in this paper regularly stores the usage data for computing resources in a cloud service infrastructure with a distributed file system based on Hadoop and HBase using the SNMP protocol among virtual machines. In addition, this algorithm analyzes the raw data for VMs and makes an effective recommendation regarding the consumption of computing resources.
