Abstract
In this paper, a flexible autostereoscopic display system using DSPB (Dual Slanted Parallax Barriers) is proposed to provide seamless changes of viewing zones. The structure and operation principle of DSPB are introduced and its structural parameters are also derived. The methods for mitigation of 3D artifact such as flicker and crosstalk between left/right views are also presented. The experiments on the implemented DSPB prototype system show that the proposed method offers seamless stereoscopic viewing while the viewer is moving.
