- Abstract
- This paper presents Full-HD Fixed/Mobile Hybrid 3DTV service scenario based on DVB-T2 Multiple PLP (M-PLP) system. The proposed system support FullHD 3DTV service with different transmission profile, unequal error protection and hybrid video codec (AVC/HEVC) for Left/Right images RF delivery and video encoding. The proposed system could support Full-HD 3DTV without additional bandwidth for terrestrial broadcasters which is backward compatible manner with existing Full-HD 2DTV services.
