Abstract
We fabricated the reflection mode spatial light modulator (SLM) on a glass substrate using an oxide TFT and a liquid crystal. The size and the pitch of the SLM are 4 cm x 3 cm and 20 μm respectively. The SLM shows the phase-only modulation with variation beyond 2 π according to the applied voltage.
