- Abstract
- This paper describes meter read and control mechanism based on IEC 61968-9 for certification system, which intends to test interoperability of utility systems for smartgrid. The mechanisms provide meter data to an AMI head end periodically and on demand, and control mechanism for disconnect and reconnect.
