Abstract
This paper reports the design and fabrication of an ultrahigh-aspect-ratio (UHA) three-dimensional bevel-angled microneedle through structural modifications for painless blood extraction from human bodies or blood injection. The fabrication process for the hollow microneedle was reported at Adv. Mater. [1] And a self-recovery actuator of the microneedle for blood extraction was reported at Adv. Mater. [2]. Our devices differs from that, of group M.G. Allen [3] in materials and the full microneedle length, the mechanical and microfluidic properties.
