Abstract
This paper proposes a new surgical information sharing system that will provide effective communication among surgical staffs under clean and safe surgery environments. Indirect viewing manipulation is also tested with the new system as well. A preliminary design of wireless communication system will be introduced for transmitting surgical data between multiview monitors and a set of surgical recording devices and for controlling their operations. Then, the implementation procedure of the system will be discussed in detail. The new system is expected to provide effective communication environment among surgical staffs. In addition, surgeons can easily change viewing contents of multiview monitors without physical contacts to any hardware devices. As results, surgery rooms can maintain clean and safe environment with less blood contamination and with reduced possibility of injuries
