- According as information produced by smart devices is rapidly increasing, big data related technology has become one of the trend of ICT. In accordance with the technology convergence strategy of high-quality broadcasting, wired-wireless telecommunication, and open-platfonn computing, the interest for smart broadcasting has become increase. We will propose a scenario of VoD Clip Service- based on real-Time broadcasting content recognition and the call procedure for access the VoD clip 4" meta-data. And we will described the result of the two function calls in the format of JSON. We will also introduce the Smart Broadcasting Platform that provides meta-data and VoD clip URLs.
