- Abstract
- As the volume of personal contents is increasing rapidly, the management of the personal contents becomes an important issue. The objective of the Personal Media Framework is creating new contents automatically according to the user's content scenario description using existing resources such as movies and photos in personal devices and in Internet communities. The Transformed Media Bus (TSB) is the information bus of the Personal Media Framework which discovers, advertises and harmonizes the contents regardless of its location and its services. It also provides the access control for the resources and use functions of other components for each personal resource. This paper describes the design principles of the Transformed Media Bus, and its architecture and functions so as to provide the Personal Media Framework.
