Abstract
To improve the quality of processes, the process products, such as the documentations from the executing processes, are reviewed and revisioned several times through review meetings from the beginning to the end of the project. Usually, these review meetings take the form of technical meetings with process participants and quality assurance members. The effects of the parameters of these review meetings, such as the meeting duration, attendant manpower, meeting repetition number, and total manpower, on their quality improvement, were analyzed by simple modeling of the ratio input versus output (ROI) and applying this model to the evaluated results of the processing products for actual projects. Interesting and important features, such as meeting-attendant manpower having clear effects on the quality improvement of the process products, and excessively long meeting durations being ineffective, were observed in this work
