- Abstract
- In smart grids, the current researches studies concerning how Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) could be initiated into the centralized electric power market. In this paper, we focus on the new framework for leading the small-scale DERs in intermediate bidding by assembling the varied DERs into the specific portfolio. We defined the 3 stakeholders in the arbitrage contract market for DERs. By analyzing the functional requirements, we deduce and represent the essential aggregator system and the menu items of the system.
