- Abstract
- Cyber Physical Production System(CPPS) is an integration system of physical manufacturing devices and cyber information devices based on Cyber Physical System technologies to implement Smart Factory. In Smart Factory, it is an important problem for CPPS Devices to be interconnected to share the information between them. For the reason, we had proposed CPPS Middleware that supports information sharing and device control from field devices to information devices. However, CPPS Middleware have focused on local device control, not global device control. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest CPPS Middleware Service Directory for global control of CPPS Devices. It maintains the information about the control service of CPPS Middleware that is operated on CPPS Devices and provides it to CPPS Devices that need to use the control service created by other CPPS Devices. As a result, it plays a role of a global naming server for the control service of CPPS Middleware.
