Abstract
A nano lens array (NLA) solves the current issues of light extraction technologies ofAMOLED displays. A lens diameter is tuned to be applied to OLEDs by controlling process parameters. The NLA increases the light extraction efficiency by 1.6 times, shows excellent spatial uniformity, and does not induce image blurring.
