Abstract
We report enhancement of light extraction efficiency of inverted TEOLEDs by maskless integration of submicron sized N, N'-Di(1-naphthyl)-N, N'-diphenyl-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'- diamine (NPB) NLAs, formed by controlling wettability of NPB on top electrode.
