Power Efficient Hybrid SIMO Boost Converter for Fast Transient Response and Low Cross Regulation

- Abstract
- In this paper, the power efficient single inductor multiple output (SIMO) hybrid boost converter is presented. The proposed hybrid structure with the power efficient technique enables to remove a static power loss of the proposed linear regulator. Moreover, the structure makes the transient response and cross regulation performance better. The simulation results show about 20% improved load regulation and 4-50% improved cross regulation respectively, compared with them of Non-hybrid structure.
