Abstract
Multi-core processor is a strong candidate for the next generation avionics system. However, adopting multicore technology is a great challenge due to the contentions among shared hardware resources. The contention negatively affects the performance and worst-cast execution time analysis. In this paper, we introduce contention mitigating mechanism of Qplus-AIR. We provide robust partitioning of shared memory bus among cores thug mitigate the negative impact of shared resource contentions.
