- Abstract
- This paper introduces a design and implementation of a scheduling and signaling system for an ATSC 3.0 based hybrid broadcasting service. We describe the creation of the hybrid service scheduling information and the generation of service signaling data, including LLS and SLS on ROUTE/DASH basis hybrid delivery.
