Abstract
This paper shows the management method of network bandwidth for cloud service or server management. In the cloud service and server management, video transmission is the main problem. When multiple video are transmitted to a network port, if the amount of video data exceeds network bandwidth, user experience becomes worse. To prevent this, compression rates and generation of intra-frame from compression engine are controlled. By this method, variation of data rate becomes small and quality of video service is getting better.
