Abstract
The olfactory technology as an Information and Communication Technology provides immersive user experience and makes affective enhancement in digital contents technology area. Olfactory contents technology is divided into olfactory information recognition and olfactory contents representation. The olfactory recognition technology is likely to be applied to the medical field by detecting specific gas compounds in breath of patients and the air quality monitoring. In this paper, taking into consideration of the Internet of things concepts and characteristics of sensors, describes the multi-purpose connected electronic nose system. Attaching the multi-sensors is important to detect the various features, and system management for usability and connectivity has advantages for efficiency and accuracy of the electronic nose system as a sensor node.
