Abstract
Recession and high unemployment rate bring about many problems throughout the world. To solve these problems, countries around the world emphasize the importance of `Creative Economy`. Government of South Korea also determined the goal of nation by `Creative Economy` in order to solve `jobless growth`. Because the combination of IT skills and creative ideas, that is the core of the `Creative Economy` make job creation and new market creation possible. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of policy priority between supporter and beneficiary of `Creative Economy` policy in Korea. To do this, we analyze the priority about Korea`s '3 goals, 6 strategies, 24 tasks for the attainment of Creative Economy'. We devide into government-funded research institutes group to support the start-up and start-up company and we conduct a survey for the priority analysis. And, we analyze priority of `Creative Economy` policy utilizing the AHP method in these groups. The analysis results are possible to use as a practical guideline for establishing associated policies in the future.
