Abstract
This paper is a study on the development of the video system for tracking without interruption the interesting person and for replaying the scene. Today, viewers would like to see actions of their interesting person constantly when they watch the sport game on TV. The interesting person means some man who a viewer wants to watch. It is a service which provides scenes of the interesting person that are shot from various angle of multiple camera throughout tracking continuously to a viewer. Nevertheless, viewers are watching video scenes which broadcasting PD selected unilaterally. In order to meet this requirement of service, we have developed the system for tracking the interesting person constantly and for replaying the scene.
