- Abstract
- Current image change detection approaches focus on visual features and do not consider the semantic differences in an image sequence. In this paper, we propose semantic image change detection using ontology annotation. First, images are annotated with a set of statements "subject predicate object". Second, we compare two annotations and represent the semantic changes. For second step, we exploit RDF change detection for comparing RDF annotation.
