- Abstract
- A seamless end-to-end Internet QoS Management System architecture based on management frameworks is proposed. For demonstration purposes, a prototype system of this architecture is given. The prototype consists of a QoS Service Manager, a QoS Network Manager and a QoS Element Manager.
