Abstract
The microwave dielectric properties of xTiO2(1-x)CeO2 ceramics with temperature compensating characteristics were discussed. Dielectric characteristics at microwave frequency such as permittivities and dielectric losses were measured using Hakki-Coleman dielectric resonator method. The density of the ceramic was measured using ASTM (C20-87). The ceramic found in the xTiO2(1-x)CeO2 system had good dielectric characteristics at microwave frequencies.
