- Abstract
- A circuit model of TWEAM in which optical and electrical waves are considered at the same time is proposed. The model represents the optical response of TWEAM with an equivalent circuit. This allows to understand the relation between the electrical and the optical responses and helps to design device structure for aimed performances. The model is implemented in commercially available circuit simulators.
