초록
The clock recovery from 40 Gbps optical signal with optical phase-locked loop based on a terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer was discussed. The clock pulse, which was found to be used as the control pulse, possessed energy of 800 fJ.It was found that the SNR of the time-extracted 10 GHz RF signal to the side components was larger than 10 dB.
