Abstract
본 논문에서는 개방형 루프공진 여파기의 대역폭을 넓히기 위하여 접지면에 aperture를 구현하였다. 마이크로스 트립 개방형 루프공진기의 세가지 결합형태인 전계결합, 자계결합, 혼합결합의 그라운드의 일부를 에칭하여 aperture를 구현하였다. Aperture의 면적에 따라 기존의 개방형 루프공진 여파기의 대역폭이 변화되었으며 통과대 역의 군지연, 선태도는 비슷한 수준으로 유지할 수 있었다. 따라서 aperture를 적용하였을 때는, 더 넓은 루프간 커플링간격(coupling space)으로도 동일한 대역폭을 구현할 수 있기 때문에, 루프의 커플링간격이 너무 좁아서 발생하는 필터의 민감도를 완화시킴으로서 제작을 용이하게 하였다.
