- The 3G mobile communication network, what is called DREAMS communication, is delayed or being tested world-wide for some reasons. In the side of network evolutions, the most experts and the communication providers have the common concept but their opinions are specifically various in progressing. No matter what they do, nevertheless it is truly regarded that the convergence or the integration is essential to reduce OAM s expenses and prevent costs from overlapping investment. In this paper we propose the integrated gateway system that is named A-MiDAS(Advanced-Mobile Internet Data Access System) and provide simultaneous packet service in edma 2000 and WCDMA, and present the method to design the software configuration for the system implementation. Now, the designed A-MiDAS is undergoing an implementation, with the plan to schedule the application to the real network according to 3G mobile communication evolution and an opening policy for mobile communication network.
