- Abstract
- VolP service takes an interest in new integrated service between telephone service and various multimedia services. SIP plays an important role in infrastructure. IMPP service is emerged to meet the needs of integrated service, Presence service will be a core function within integrated service. SIMPLE WG generates standard SIP extensions for instant message and presence service. In this paper, we described the architecture and supported functions of our IMPP client system based on SIMPLE. We also described the two modes and its behaviour scenarios within IMPP client system. Especially, we described consideration on the presence information management mechanism.
